My Husband and I recently went through a loan modification and retained the services of American Dreams Restoration Services. I am so glad I did. They took care of us very well. We tried to talk to the lender ourselves, we got no where talking to Countrywide ourselves. That is when we decided to call ADRS. The fee is reasonable and well worth the cost. It did take a while, we have Countrywide/Bank of America. The two worst lenders. In the end we got the modification and are very satisfied with the personnel who worked on our behalf. We are happy and grateful.
